Our products
are delivered by ShopaholicApp or one of our delivery partners.
· Scheduled Delivery Services
Some products need scheduled delivery because of their weight and size. The
items include big appliances like TVs, Refrigerators, Air Conditioners and home
furniture or decoration appliances. You need to confirm first that an adult,
age 18 or above with a valid government issued photo ID will be available at
the time of appointment. We will contact you and confirm regarding the scheduled
date and time at which you would be available. After this your appointment will
be locked. If you need to reschedule for another day, you will be able to do
that online from Reschedule your Appointment tab.
· Same Day Delivery
You can place an order on ShopaholicApp and get it delivered on same day.
This service is available 7 days a week for both business and residential
customers in selected areas. Only eligible products can be ordered for Same Day
Delivery.
We provide same day delivery with the help of our delivery partners in
selected areas. We suggest you to be available at home to receive the order.
· If I am not available at the arrival of Delivery Partner
For Residential Deliveries: When our delivery partner attempts delivery and you
are not available, They will try to find a safe place to leave your order and
in case they won’t be able to find a safe place, they will try to contact you
at the provided contact number.
For Business Deliveries: Somebody must be there to receive the order. Our
delivery partner may attempt to get in touch with you at the provided phone
number.
In case, if delivery is not completed, the order will be returned to
store and you will get a full refund of your order as well as shipping costs.
· What if I don’t get my product delivered?
Login to your ShopaholicApp account to
check the status of your order or you can check the tracking link from your
shipping confirmation email.
ü If the product is appearing as delivered,
be certain that the delivery provider didn’t leave the product in some hidden
or covered location.
ü You can Contact Us in
case you are still not able to locate your order. Please have your order number
set for faster service.
ü In case our delivery provider was not
able to deliver your order, the tracking link will convey Returned Back to
Sender. The item will come back to the store and your payment will be
refunded.
